Sidney Fellow Michael Ramage part of Leverhulme grant team exploring the use of natural materials in building design.

With colleagues in Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics, Biochemistry, Chemistry and Plant Sciences, Sidney Fellow in Architecture Michael Ramage is celebrating having been awarded a £1.75 million Leverhulme Trust grant to research and develop the use of natural materials in building design.

The grant will involve collaborative research into the potential use of plant-based natural materials to help improve environmentally sustainable building design.
