The IT Team at Sidney are available to help with your IT queries. They are happy to answer any questions and are prepared to welcome new users to the College computing facilities.
Sidney Sussex IT Support
There are five members of IT staff. The IT Manager is in charge of the general computing facilities within the College:

- IT Assistant
IT Office location: Q11, first floor of Garden Court
General office open hours: 9.00am and 5.00pm (may not always be manned)
Student help hours: 10.00am to 12.00pm and 2.00pm to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday
Sidney IT systems vulnerability period: 7.00am to 9.00am, every Tuesday. Sidney IT will conduct any essential maintenance to its IT systems during its scheduled vulnerability period.
