We would like to invite all members of the Thornely Society to a drink's reception in London on Thursday 13 June 2024 at 6.30pm, to celebrate with two of our alumni who have both received significant honours in the past twelve months.
The Honourable Justice Sir Stephen Kós (1984, Law), recently appointed to the Supreme Court of New Zealand, was awarded Knight Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit in the King’s Birthday Honours list for services to the judiciary, and Dame Ingrid Simler DBE (1982, Law), Lady Justice of Appeal joined the Supreme Court as a Justice on 14 November.
The event will take place in the Members Room at One Moorgate Place and is open to all Sidney alumni who read Law, or who have since qualified as lawyers, and provides an opportunity for networking, and to maintain and develop links with both your fellow alumni, and the College.
