We are delighted to invite former members of the Choir to join the current Chapel Choir for the annual Sidney Sussex Choir Alumni Choral Evensong and Dinner on Saturday 2 May 2026. Choral Evensong in the College Chapel will be followed by a drinks reception in Cloister Court, and a three-course dinner in Hall.
The programme for the afternoon and evening is:
16:30 Alumni to arrive in Chapel to be seated and welcomed
16:45 Rehearsal begins
17:45 Break between rehearsal and service (guests to arrive)
18:00 Service begins
19:00 Drinks reception
19:30 Dinner

The cost of the dinner is £55 / £40 (matriculated 2016 onwards) per person, to include a pre-dinner glass of prosecco, and two glasses of wine. Additional wine may be purchased from the Buttery up to 15 minutes before the start of the meal, and you are very welcome to bring one guest (aged 18+).
The dress code for the evening is black tie, and the closing date is Friday 17 April 2026 (unless the event has reached capacity in which case a waiting list will be opened).
