Alumni and their families are warmly invited to join us in College for Sidney’s Family Day on Saturday 27 June 2026.

This year’s event will once again be packed with family‑friendly activities, including face painting, balloon modelling, garden games, colouring competitions, a treasure hunt and, of course, the ever‑popular bouncy castle!

We’re also delighted to offer three additional interactive sessions (places are limited, and we ask that you initially sign up for just one). These sessions are designed for children aged 8-16:

  • Viruses: What they are and what they do
    Learn all about viruses through games, craft activities, and fascinating insights into human diseases.
  • Artificial Intelligence and its impact on our daily lives
    An interactive talk focussing on some recent developments in AI, the technology and infrastructure behind them, and how AI is changing our daily lives.
  • Crack the code with our Enigma Machine
    An extraordinary opportunity to try your hand at codebreaking using Sidney’s very own Enigma Machine – a truly unique World War Two experience!

The day will begin at 11.00am and run until 3.00pm, with a BBQ and refreshments available between 12.30pm and 2.00pm.

Tickets cost £25 per adult and £15 for under‑16s. Under‑5s attend free of charge (but still require a ticket). Each booking can include up to five tickets, with the option to request additional tickets on the booking form.
