Our aim is to create a community where everyone feels supported and has the opportunity to thrive. The Health and Wellbeing Team are available to talk about your wellbeing and help you access the right support at the right time.
The Wellbeing Team, who are here to support all Sidney students, are the Head of Student Wellbeing (Danni Elliott), the College Nurse (Mary Lindsell) and the Pastoral Tutor and Chaplain (Brett Gray).
We understand that thriving at university depends as much on your wellbeing as it does on your academic ability. When you feel healthy, balanced, and at ease within yourself and your environment, you’re better positioned to reach your full potential both academically and personally.
These webpages are here to inspire and empower you to take charge of your health and wellbeing. They offer guidance to help you recognise when support is needed and equip you with skills that will serve you not just during your time at university, but throughout life. Remember, caring for yourself is the foundation for success and fulfillment.
