Forward Together: garden party and programme launch
Wednesday 18 June marks exactly 50 years since the election of the first female Fellow at Sidney. In the spirit of the occasion, the Fellowship is invited to a garden party to launch the beginning of the 'Forward Together' celebrations.

- Professor Alan Hughes, Emeritus Fellow, participant in the vote in 1975 to admit women
- Professor Dame Ann Dowling, Emerita Fellow, Sidney’s longest-serving female Fellow
- Ms Carol Vorderman, Fellow Commoner, Member of the Master’s Circle, former Sidney undergraduate, now broadcaster, media personality and writer
- Professor Clare Jackson, former Sidney undergraduate, postgraduate and Research Fellow, now Honorary Professor of Early Modern History, Trinity Hall, Cambridge
- Professor Rebecca Kilner, former Fellow, now 1866 Professor of Zoology, Head of Department of Zoology and Director of Museum of Zoology, University of Cambridge
- Dr Rohan Ranasinghe, Fellow, Chair of EDI Committee, and Admissions Director
- Dr Ruth Jackson Ravenscroft, former Sidney undergraduate, postgraduate, Research Fellow, Bye-Fellow and our most recently elected female Fellow
Introductions from:
