Sidney Sussex Medical and Veterinary Society Triennial Dinner

Sidney Sussex Medical and Veterinary Society Triennial Dinner

You are warmly invited to attend the Sidney Sussex Medical and Veterinary Society Triennial Dinner, to be held on Saturday 11 February 2017.

The Triennial Dinner has traditionally stood as the highlight of the Society’s social calendar, largely thanks to the attendance of esteemed alumni and friends of the College and we very much hope you will be able to join us on this occasion.  The evening promises a chance to reunite with friends and to network with clinicians, scientists and students.  All guests are invited to enjoy a set of stimulating talks, before pre-dinner drinks in the Master’s Lodge.

We are delighted to announce that our guest speaker is Dr Neha Pathak, Clinical Academic Fellow at Queen Mary University of London, recent recipient of the ‘Ultimate Game Changer’ prize at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women Awards and Sidney alumna.  She will be discussing her lauded research in "From Madagascar to Cosmo: an unexpected academic journey". We also look forward to hearing three brief but fascinating presentations from current students on their recent electives, which we are sure will bring back memories for many of you.

As we are currently celebrating 40 years since the admission of Sidney’s first female undergraduates, we are especially proud to host a speaker who so encapsulates the academic and social contributions that Sidney’s women continue to the College community and beyond.

Ticket price per person: £60.00
