We are delighted to invite you to the first Alumni Formal Hall of the term, taking place on Sunday 2 November 2025. This special occasion offers alumni the chance to reconnect with College, enjoy the unique atmosphere of Hall, and share the experience with friends and fellow graduates.

This event is a perfect way to relive the tradition of dining in Hall, rekindle old friendships, and make new connections.

  • Date: Sunday, 2 November 2025
  • Time: 19:00-21:30
  • Capacity: 30 places
  • Guests: Each alumnus may bring up to 3 guests (aged 18+)
  • Attendance Limit: Alumni may attend one Alumni Formal Hall per academic year

Practical Information

  • Cost: £32.50 per alumnus / £40 per guest
  • Wine: Not included — guests may bring one bottle per person
  • Dress Code: Smart
  • Gowns: Traditional for alumni members (a limited supply available to borrow from the Porters’ Lodge). Guests are not required to wear gowns unless they are University members.
  • Booking: Closes two weeks before the event (or earlier if we reach maximum capacity). Please note that refunds cannot be issued after this time.
