Personal Biography

I completed my undergraduate studies in Mathematics at University College, Durham. I then came to Sidney to do Part III of the Mathematical Tripos. After that I went to Oxford, where I obtained my DPhil from Merton College under the supervision of Alex Scott. My research lies in the field of Combinatorics, a branch of Pure Mathematics. I have a wide range of interests including extremal combinatorics, graph colouring and processes related to bootstrap percolation.

I am currently away from Cambridge, having taken up a post-doctoral fellowship at IMPA, but I will be back in Cambridge from May 2019.
