Master on Roman diets

The Master's work at Herculaneum is featured in The Telegraph.

Before coming to Sidney, Professor Andrew Wallace-Hadrill was instrumental in a new project to conserve Herculaneum. Launched in 2001 with the support of the Parckard Humanities Institute the Herculaneum Conservation Project (HCP) is also helping scholars learn more about life in the Roman world.
