Artist-in-residence Stephen Farr to perform on Friday 14th March at 9.15pm.

President of Sidney Sussex College Music Society Will Searle introduces the recital:

"Renowned organist and artist-in-residence Stephen Farr gives Sidney Sussex College's new chamber organ its debut concert. The instrument was commissioned for the College and is arguably the finest chamber organ in Oxford and Cambridge. Farr will be turning his prolific talent to the sixteenth and seventeenth-century music of the golden era of the chamber organ, featuring Byrd, Purcell, Tomkins and Gibbons."

The concert will take place in the College Chapel, and all are welcome.  Entry is free.
