The Shaping of Modern Ireland

New book reviewed

A new collection of essays co-edited by Sidney Sussex Fellow in History Professor Eugenio Biagini and Irish Ambassador Dan Mulhall has been featured in the Irish Times

The volume revisits a classic work by Conor Cruise O'Brien, importantly also considering the role that women played in the forging of modern Ireland through the crucible decades of the early twentieth century.
