Personal Biography

Georg Meisl completed his undergraduate studies in Natural Sciences at Cambridge and MIT, then obtained a PhD in Biophysical Chemistry at Cambridge. His main research interest is in biological and biophysical phenomena related to protein aggregation, such as the key processes involved in Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases. A particular focus of his work is to develop fundamental theoretical models and apply them in the analysis of biologically relevant experimental data.
